Jennifer Blake's Bridal Party Adventures, Page 1

Here I am, finally getting the opportunity to have my Wedding Dress filmed outdoors, on the day of my Wedding, so many things went wrong and prevented this from happening.

Another one of my favorite dresses that I wore for a old roomate's Wedding, she provided this lovely dress and I was more than happy to wear it to be the maid of honor on her special day. It worked out really well, she provided the dress and I already had a pair of perfectly matching satin heels from another Wedding.

When my sister asked me to stand at her side, I was asked what colour I would like to see the bridesmaid dresses, and I spoke up and told her, Hunter Green!, my favorite colour. So when we picked the dresses, myself and the other girl in the party both chose this dress, and since we both were had the appropriate bras, it was one less thing to worry about!, as the back of the dress was really low.
After myself and the other bridesmaid's tried on over 6 dresses, we all agreed on this one!, and there were two things that made this spring 1993 bridesmaid's dress nice.
The first was that I was able to wear it to a formal function, without looking like a bridesmaid looking for a wedding!. The second was the fact the bride did not insist on dyed satin heels, but we could wear regular heels.
I had already pretty well made up my mind on the Wedding Dress that I wanted, but my Mother and Sister wanted me to go to one more shop to ensure that I was not making my descision without seeing all of the dresses that I had a chance to try on.
This is one of my favorite bridesmaid's dresses I had to wear!. The day was in August of 1992, and the temperature was in the mid 80's with tons of humidity.

Just after these pictures were taken, the sky opened up and our shoes got ruined. So much
for the $50 satin heels!, I am sure I am not the only girl who has gone through that!.
This has to be one of the most enjoyable pictures ever taken of me, it was snapped when the lighting was perfect and me pose was perfect, and the photographer actually has this one framed on their wall as a "portrait", I love it!.

My spouse wanted an artistic shot of me with this dress the back of the dress
was the special part of it, and here is the picture.
This is the dress and headpiece I finally decided on, it was more comfortable than I thought after wearing it all day and most of the night! (of course except for the honeymoon)
Well the day finally came, November 17th, 1990, and after tons of preparation, making sure everything was ready, it was finally my day.
It is amazing, after all of the preparation, how quickly the day can go, and how tired you can
be after a day like that!.
